For Guests who embark the Vessel in violation of the Contract terms, any/all resulting damages, losses, costs, expenses, credits, refunds and related claims, including without limitation those related to a deviation of the Vessel to disembark such Guests, shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest. (b) Guest Liability to Reimburse Carrier for Misconduct.
